We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading European automotive company.

The mandate: grow truck sales and dominate the market.

The Role:

You’ll own the commercial engine for truck division. That means strategy, targets, and a team that delivers.

You’ll be responsible for:

1. Revenue growth: Set and smash monthly/quarterly sales targets for truck portfolio

2. Market penetration: Open new accounts, expand fleet deals, and steal share from competitors

3. Team leadership: Build, coach, and drive a high-performance sales team.

4. Key accounts: Manage relationships with transporters, logistics firms, and corporate buyers

5. Pipeline & forecasting: Own the numbers. Accurate forecasts, strong CRM discipline, zero surprises

6. Brand representation: You are the face of trucks in the market. Act like it

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years selling trucks or heavy commercial vehicles. You know this industry, its cycles, and its buyers

2. Proven track record of hitting aggressive targets and growing territory

3. Network of fleet owners, transporters, and financing partners is a major plus

4. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship skills. You sell value

5. Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related. MBA is an advantage

6. Valid driver’s license. You’ll be on the road

This is not an account manager role. We need a hunter who can build and lead.
